General Terms and Conditions of Delivery for Belgian Beer Boutique
1. General
1.1 These general terms and conditions of delivery apply to all orders and deliveries via Belgian Beer Boutique, Leopoldstraat 26, 2280 Grobbendonk, BE0447.384.982. . By placing an order, the customer agrees to these conditions.
1.2 Belgian Beer Boutique reserves the right to change these conditions at any time. The changes will apply to orders placed after the change.
2. Order and Confirmation
2.1 Orders can be placed via our website [www.belgianbeerboutique.be].
2.2 After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation means that the order has been received, but does not constitute a binding agreement.
2.3 Belgian Beer Boutique reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices stated include VAT, including empties and excluding shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website. Orders will only be processed after receipt of full payment.
3.3 Belgian Beer Boutique reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs. For orders already placed and confirmed, the prices applicable at the time of ordering apply.
3.4. It is the customer's responsibility to research and investigate any local import restrictions and/or bans before ordering. If applicable, it is his/her responsibility to obtain all necessary import permits and/or approvals.
In the event that the ordered goods are blocked or cannot be cleared by customs or cannot be delivered due to these restrictions, prohibitions or the lack of the necessary permits or approvals, BH cannot be held liable.
There will be no refund for that order. Local taxes must be paid by the customer. If the package is blocked by customs, it is the customer's responsibility to pay all local taxes. If a package is reshipped to BH due to customer failure to pay local taxes, there will be no refund on that order.
If a package is seized/destroyed by customs for any reason, the order will not be reshipped and the order will not be refunded. This means that the package should be considered a loss and will be borne by the customer.
4. Delivery
4.1 Deliveries are made to the address specified by the customer. Belgian Beer Boutique is not responsible for incorrect deliveries as a result of incorrect address details provided by the customer.
4.2 The estimated delivery time is stated during the ordering process. Belgian Beer Boutique aims to deliver within this time frame, but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
4.3 If an item is out of stock or an order is delayed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
5. Shipping costs
5.1 Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. The exact costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
6.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt of the order without giving any reason.
6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact customer service via www.belgienbeerboutique.be
6.3 The costs for returning the products are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
6.4 Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
7. Warranty and Complaints
7.1 Belgian Beer Boutique guarantees that the delivered products meet the usual requirements and standards that can be imposed on them and are free from defects.
7.2 Complaints about the delivered products must be reported to Belgian Beer Boutique in writing or by e-mail as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the products.
7.3 Belgian Beer Boutique will provide a solution within a reasonable period of receipt of the complaint.
8. Responsibility
8.1 Belgian Beer Boutique is not responsible for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the delivered products.
8.2 The responsibility of Belgian Beer Boutique is in all cases limited to the invoice amount of the order in question.
9.Privacy
9.1 Belgian Beer Boutique respects the privacy of its customers and treats personal data confidentially, in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
9.2 Personal data will only be used for processing orders and, if the customer has given permission, for sending newsletters.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
10.1 Belgian law applies to these general terms and conditions of delivery.
10.2 Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Antwerp.
